A young woman from New York, United States, was lucky enough to get a job the same day as her interview; however, she ended up rejecting the offer following overhearing a conversation regarding who was going to be her boss.

in a video of TikTokthe user Eve, identified as @adminandeveexplained that on Tuesday, May 23 of this year, he arrived at the aforementioned place to talk with his possible supervisor.

“I walk in and sit outside his office”indicated the user. “And he’s immediately scolding someone for 15 minutes before my interview”.

Minutes later, the man approached her as if nothing had happened and asked her to fill out some documents. “He said ‘hello’ and handed me a piece of paper. ‘Fill out this form’, she asked me. She didn’t even introduce herself or give an introduction.”recalled the American.

In the paper in question, personal questions and questions related to his last job were included. “It was a rather strange form”Eve pointed out, adding that, indirectly, they asked if she was pregnant.

They offered him the job

His assumption turned out to be correct, because following speaking with the boss, he told him: “My previous assistant got pregnant, gave birth and had to start working in the home office mode. That doesn’t work with me. I kicked her out”.

After a brief conversation, the man offered Eve a position with the company. She brought to her attention that the subject required her availability too urgently. “He asked me: ‘Let me know before Wednesday if you can start working here as quickly as possible’”he remembered.

Faced with so many alerts, and practically convinced that the environment within the company was not the best, the young woman ended up rejecting the offer. “Before I left there, I saw some employees. The expression on his face was not good.”indicated.

The American’s story went viral and generated a large number of comments, with the majority of Internet users criticizing the employer’s bad attitude.
