Reporting to the Rehabilitation Leadership Team, you will utilize your clinical expertise and leadership skills in the following ways:
- Coordinate and ensure the delivery of safe, effective, and quality care to patients.
- Implement best practices and monitor compliance through the Performance Improvement process.
- Serve as a mentor and resource, guiding and educating new hires into the rehabilitation specialty.
- Assist in conducting bedside procedures and equipment setup, ensuring the rehabilitation team is fully prepared and competent.
- Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and patients to navigate their rehabilitation journey, providing education and support to ensure the best possible experience.
- Assess and evaluate rehabilitation staff competency, supporting their ongoing development.
- Educate patients and their families on discharge planning, ensuring a safe and successful transition home.
