“In order to regulate the agricultural market and selling prices for food products, a number of measures are being implemented in the Russian Federation,” commented the Ministry of Agriculture of the Chelyabinsk Region. — These are preferential investment loans for the purchase of equipment and short-term loans for the purchase of raw materials at a rate of up to 5% per annum, additional subsidies for the production and sale of grain, which helps stabilize prices for raw materials, a ban on the export of diesel fuel, and this makes it possible to restrain prices for transportation on domestic market.

Also, the regional government, together with the antimonopoly service, is working with regional networks on the issue of voluntary restrictions in the Chelyabinsk region of trade margins on certain types of essential goods.

Prices for bread and bakery products made from wheat flour in Russia over the year increased within the limits of official inflation – by 5%, reported the association of manufacturers and suppliers Rusprodsoyuz. In November last year, the average cost of bread in retail stores was 85.07 rubles/kg, this year – 89.3 rubles/kg. At the same time, in October the increase in prices for bread made from wheat flour was 1.3% from 88.12 rubles/kg. The cost of bread made from rye flour increased by 5.7% over the year – from 69.93 to 73.92 rubles / kg, over the month – by 1.5%.
