Drugs like Viagra and Cialis lead to an average improvement of 4 to 8 points on the same standardized scale used by researchers and clinicians.

Thus, the team behind this new study suggests that exercise should be advised more regularly by doctors to people with erectile dysfunction. According to their data, three thirty-minute sessions per week d’aerobic activities (i.e. endurance exercises that do not make you out of breath like walking, cycling or swimming) can therefore do as well as these drugs.
