The entrant must create and activate an e-cabinet, and then upload the necessary personal data
On July 1, the service for creating electronic offices for entrants to higher education institutions for bachelor’s programs began.
To create an account, the entrant must log in to page systems for submitting applications in electronic form.
To register an electronic account, the entrant must specify an e-mail address, which will be the login for login in the future.
Importantly: when registering an electronic account, it is forbidden to use email addresses of services blocked in Ukraine, for example, mail.ru, yandex.ru, etc.
During the registration of the electronic office, the entrant must enter the following data:
- one of the certificates of ZNO/NMT (number, pin code and year of receipt). The applicant must select the year of receipt from the drop-down list. If the entrant has several certificates, only one of them must be used for registration, and the others must be added in the entrant’s personal electronic account following registration;
- certificates of complete general secondary education (certificate) – series, number.
Registration of the entrant’s electronic account is possible only with a certificate issued no earlier than 1998. If the document was issued before 1998, then such an applicant will have to submit a paper application directly to the educational institution.
If the entrant does not have a VNO/NMT certificate, he must set the sign “I do not have NMT (VNO) certificates” and register the entrant’s electronic account with an identity document.
After that, a letter will be sent to the email address to activate access to the electronic cabinet, which must be activated within 15 minutes.
After activating the electronic account, the entrant must upload the following information regarding himself:
- contact phone number (in +380 format – for Ukraine, or in the format of the country where the entrant is currently located);
- a color photo card of the applicant (3×4 cm).
Files must be uploaded in JPG (JPEG) format and the maximum file size must not exceed 1 MB.
Entrants should also remember that the photo uploaded to the e-cabinet will be used by educational institutions to issue a student card.
During registration, entrants should carefully check whether all data is uploaded correctly, because following submitting the first application, it is no longer possible to make any changes to the electronic account.
Applications and documents from entrants will be accepted from July 19 to 6:00 p.m. on July 31, 2024.
In general, the personal electronic accounts of entrants will work throughout the entire admission campaign, that is, until October 31, 2024.
