The Procrear II Urban Developments offer, in addition to the possibility of accessing a fixed-rate mortgage loan for the purchase of a home in properties fully equipped by the National State, opportunities to establish roots and security to start a new life project, it was specified. .
As in the case of the General Registration, these credits are granted with a term of up to 30 years and are updated through the Casa Propia Formula, which takes into account the salary evolution, providing greater security to the successful bidders.
