The Paoli Calmettes Institute (IPC) was recently presented with a check for 17,600 euros through Carole Pascal, responsible for collecting donations from the structure.

This very significant amount illustrates the substantial work carried out throughout the year on local markets, fairs, the sale of interior decoration accessories in favor of the fight against cancer.

“If you want to take part in this great adventure by making a small purchase, you can find us all summer long at the night markets of Sénas, Mallemort, or even Saint-Andiol. We have lots of beautiful seasonal things in preparation, for all tastes, all prices and for all ages.s”, says Lucette. Before thanking the municipality: “A big thank you to Philippe Ginoux for the loan of the room and the warehouse, without which we could never have worked so well.“.

The President also made a point of specifying that there is a real story with the IPC, moreover invited each year on site to see what has been achieved with their donations. “You know that in the protocol, there is surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy. It turns out that this department is being restructured with a single objective: to target, without affecting neighboring healthy tissue. It’s precision work that requires huge resources. This type of donation greatly promotes these investments. I thank our seamstresses, true ambassadors for this“, explains Carole Pascal. And the mayor, Philippe Ginoux, to conclude: “The IPC is perhaps the finest establishment in France. So many reasons to continue to support this noble cause again and again, as the seamstresses of Au Plaisir de Couture do admirably.“.
