A cycle path designed for safe circulation has been inaugurated
It is one of the first stones of the major renovation operation of the city center carried out by the municipality. This Thursday followingnoon, the mayor of Manosque (Alpes-de-Haute-Provence), Camille Galtier, straddled the little queen to connect in a few pedal strokes the avenue Jean-Giono to the SNCF station, in order to mark the inauguration of a new cycle track. A project costing 634,000 euros, financed in particular by European funds, to create 1.2 km of track. “This is the first real bike path in the city center, before it was mainly bike lanes.
