There are television programs that remain on the screen for a long time, even following production has ceased and what is seen are repetitions. Such is the case of the Mexican comedy show ‘La familia P. Luche’, of which the actress Regina Blandón was an important part and recently confessed how this work still generates monetary dividends for her, although the series stopped being produced 10 years ago.

In a conversation he had with the comedian Isabel Fernández on YouTube, Blandón had the opportunity to talk regarding his time on this emblematic Mexican television program that can still be seen on open and cable channels.

Blandón, thanks to her role as Bibi – the “rare” daughter of Ludovico (Eugenio Derbez) and Federica (Consuelo Duval) – gained great popularity among the audience and gained great professional experience that has served her throughout of his artistic career.

And it is that the good was not limited to the professional field. I worked in a very loving, very cool place, where I learned cab… which was all those years with Derbez in La familia P. Luche”, said the actress, demonstrating how the series had transcended to the personal.

Blandón, now 32 years old, did not want to miss the opportunity to throw some flowers to whoever his father was in that fiction: Eugenio Derbez. “It’s a charm and it has always been a love with whoever it is, professionally, emotionally, friend and everything,” said the actress.

It was inevitable that the conversation touched on the topic of the validity of the show and how it is still possible to find it on the air. “Wow your role, because right now they continue to show it,” said Fernández, to which Regina replied: “That’s what I was going to tell you, apart from that, they still show it.”

Fernández wanted to return to a subject regarding which he had already spoken with Regina before and which he considered a bit morbid. “Are you still earning from that show?” he asked. The actress had no problem answering in the affirmative. The interviewer was very surprised, because she said “I asked you that in New York, but it was 10 years ago.” Blandón clarified: “Yes, there is something called ANDI (…) it keeps coming out. The truth is, it was worth it,” Blandón highlighted.

Finally, Isabel expressed: “What a delight! A salary forever, because apparently they will never stop spending it.” Regina appealed to good humor and reposted: “Like El chavo del 8”. Apparently, the classics not only do not go out of style, but they are still very profitable.
