JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com – Role artist Tamara Bleszynski through his attorney, Djohansyah, stated that for the last 19 years Ryszard Bleszynski had not been properly invited to a General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS).
This statement was made by Djohansyah in response to the question of a number of deeds that arose on behalf of Tamara Bleszynski.
For information, Tamara and Ryszard are two of a number of shareholders in the company. Meanwhile, Ryszard is said to be the largest shareholder.
“How is it possible that for 19 years Tamara has never been present at a GMS, was not properly invited, and then deeds emerged. We will definitely challenge the deed. How did it arise?” said Djohansyah when met at the South Jakarta District Court on Tuesday (31/1/2023).

“There are four rules for the validity of a GMS. First, it is properly invited, secondly it must be a quorum, thirdly the meeting resolution, which is the minutes of the meeting. Yes, properly invited, no, how regarding a quorum? We will cancel all the deeds,” said Djohansyah once more.
Djohansyah emphasized that Tamara had never signed any deed.
On the other hand, Djohansyah admitted that Tamara had been invited to attend the GMS but not properly.
“They said, ‘oh, we invite’. Once they invited three times in the newspaper. Not so. Invite three times in the paper? How come it’s your turn to sign the debenture to come to the front of the house? Invite turn, three times on the paper. There are 19 years, yes, there should have been 19 invitations,” said Djohansyah.
