The UAE Ministry of Health and Community Protection explained, through its official account on the “Instagram” website, that some types of oils enhance the health of the heart and blood vessels, and also reduce the risk of sudden attacks.

The Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population published a set of different guidelines, through its official account on the “Twitter” website, for healthy nutrition for heart patients.

The Egyptian Ministry of Health stated that ghee, cream and butter are natural and healthy fats. But excessive intake causes high blood fats and atherosclerosis.

Fish in general and fatty fish, such as mackerel, sardines and salmon, are rich in omega-3 fatty acid, which maintains a healthy heart.

Thus, it is preferable to eat fish at least once a week.

The Egyptian Health pointed out the importance of eating vegetables with every main meal, and eating a fruit between meals, in order to obtain the necessary natural fibers, to reduce fat and cholesterol in the blood.
