Originally expected for May 26, Redout 2 unfortunately sees its release date postponed to June 16, the time for the studio to complete its work on this breathtaking ersatz of WipeOut or F-Zero.
It is via the official account of the title on Twitter that 34BigThings and Saber Interactive have decided to share the news. Unsurprisingly and like many in this case, the studio mentions an additional and necessary time to be granted to the development teams to achieve their objectives:
Hello Redout fans,
We know you have been eagerly awaiting the release of Redout 2 later this month, but unfortunately, the fastest racer in the universe needs just a little more development time before it’s ready to go and will now launch on June 16 on PC, PS5|4, XSX|X1 & Switch pic.twitter.com/ttlu68cTEZ

Hello all Redout fans,
We know you’ve been looking forward to Redout 2 releasing later this month, but sadly the universe’s fastest racing game needs a bit more development time before it’s released. ready and will now be released on June 16 on PC, PS5 | 4 , XSX|X1 and Switch.
In the end, we will only have regarding twenty more days to wait before we can get our hands on this breathtaking and ultra-fast title developed by Saber Interactive. Nothing very dramatic in short and which will give the studio time to refine its baby to guarantee us, hopefully, the best possible experience, controller in hand.
