Although Redmi is still developing the Redmi K60 Ultra model, sources working in the Chinese supply chain are already beginning to envision the launch of the Redmi K70 line.
According to these people consulted by Digital Chat Station, the devices should bring some important improvements. In addition to using Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 line chips in some models, smartphones should have more premium construction.
The DCS points out that the structure will still be in plastic, but the rear panel finish can adopt more quality textured elements and even glass in the most powerful models.
Another important change includes the addition of a telephoto sensor, something that “disappeared” from the K lineup since the K30 Zoom. For the leaker, Redmi has been preparing to order lenses for the K70 family and the telephoto should arrive in the most expensive models as a differential in relation to competitors OnePlus and realme.
The panel will be AMOLED at 120 Hz for almost all variants, but there are chances that some more affordable model will still bet on an LCD solution. Finally, and not least, the Redmi K70 line should expand fast charging power in all options.
With that, we will have the K70 Ultra surpassing the 200W barrier, while the other smartphones should be around 120W by default.
