In a post shared on its social networks, Redmi confirmed that it should hold a big announcement event tomorrow (3). The presentation will be made in partnership with MediaTek and must be transmitted via social networks.
The event should start at 2 pm in Beijing (3 am in Brasilia), and everything indicates that the theme will be the Redmi K60 Ultra. That’s because the smartphone should be announced soon with MediaTek Dimensity 9200 Plus chipset.
The company will probably use the presentation to confirm the official launch date of the new Redmi K60 Ultra.

For now, Redmi tries to keep the theme of tomorrow’s event a secret. In any case, as the company presented the K50 Ultra in August last year, everything indicates that the presentation of the K60 Ultra should take place by the end of this month.

As for the expected specifications for the Redmi K60 Ultra, we can say that this device will be announced with a 6.67-inch OLED screen, offering 1.5K resolution and 144 Hz rate.
The chipset will be the Dimensity 9200 Plus, and it can work with up to 16 GB of RAM and 1 TB of internal storage. The battery should still have a capacity of 5,500 mAh and support a 120W charge, while the operating system will be Android 13.
