A man wearing a hat kept walking around and back and forth.

As if he had made up his mind to do something, he approached under the banner.

He takes something out of his shopping bag and starts scattering it on the banner.

Red spray.

Then I go the way I was going.

It happened last night in the middle of downtown Daegu.

As the day dawned, it was revealed what banner the man had sprayed on.

It was hung yesterday followingnoon on the occasion of the resignation of former President Moon Jae-in from the Democratic Party of Korea.

There is a picture with the phrase “President Jae-in Moon, you did a great job.”

The man painted only the face of former President Moon Jae-in red.

The banner has been removed, but traces of red paint remain on the site.

The Democratic Party reported the man to the police on charges of property damage, saying it was an obvious criminal act.

Police are looking for the man by checking CCTV around him.
