Nubia is very busy as the launch of the Red Magic 8 Pro is getting closer. The upcoming gaming smartphone is supposed to be launched on December 26. Initially, the phone was scheduled to be launched on December 23, but for some reasons yet unknown, it has been rescheduled. The Red Magic 8 Pro details
We have some details regarding the upcoming Red Magic smartphone that Nubia has just confirmed. We cited some teaser images on Chinese social media platform Weibo. This confirms that the new Red Magic 8 Pro will have a larger capacity battery of 6,000mAh. The device is also set to come with a charging capacity of 165W. Sources claim that the device can charge from 0 to 100% in 15 minutes.
According to Nubia, the Red Magic 8 Pro will have an eight-cell battery. This separate cell battery helps protect the life of your battery and your smartphone as well. The ZTE-owned company has confirmed that using USB-C to USB-C will charge the device from 0 to 100% in just 14 minutes. All thanks to the 165W fast charger.
The Red Magic 8 Pro has a battery life of up to 47 hours 
In the teaser image shared by the company, we can also see text that says 47 hours of battery life. 6000mAh battery is big enough to last for a long time. But as a gaming phone that will be subject to a lot of heavy use by most users, we can’t really trust this number. Nubia did not specify the use under which the device will be able to give you this amount of battery endurance. But in my experience, it definitely won’t be for gaming.
However, the current gaming phone is from the same company and it is Red Magic 7 Pro It has great battery life. The 7 Pro came with a 5,000mAh battery. So, the extra 1,000 on that must definitely make some real difference.
