Although there are many possibilities Red Dead Redemption 3 might go on, the general consensus seems to be that a young Landon Ricketts would be the perfect star of a third game.
We first met aging gunslinger Landon Ricketts in the original film. Red Dead Redemptionand although it does not appear in Red Dead Redemption 2there are some references to him.
John Marston meets Ricketts in a small town known as Chuparosa in Nuevo Paraíso, where the legendary gunslinger protected the residents as an unofficial sheriff. He’s also the character who teaches Marston how to master the Dead Eye ability (don’t think too much regarding the fact that Marston can use it in Red Dead Redemption 2). Simply put, Ricketts is a legend and undoubtedly has a story waiting to be exploited.
