During the siege of the Ukrainian city of Mariupol by Russian troops, people started attacking each other for food, even sabotaging other people’s vehicles to get gasoline, the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) said on Tuesday.

Four or five days ago, all the shops and pharmacies were looted,” Sasha Volkov, the ICRC’s representative in Malipo, said in a recording. “Some people still have food, But I’m not sure how long it will last.
