Red Bull F1 Leaders “We are not providing any support to Juri Vips”[F1-Gate .com]

Helmut Marko, F1’s motorsports adviser for Red Bull, has made it clear that Red Bull has not provided “any support” to Juri Vips following an incident related to racism.

Juri Vips has terminated his Red Bull Racing reserve driver contract by saying “N-word” when streaming the game on Twitch.

At the same time, it was thought that the training driver contract with Red Bull F1 was terminated, but following that, Christian Horner, the team representative of Red Bull Racing, said that Red Bull “supports” Yuri Vips from the viewpoint of “mental health and education”. He said he would continue to do so.

However, Red Bull F1 motorsport adviser Helmut Marko “wants to be clear,” he told O ORF Tirol.

“Juri Vips is no longer receiving any support from Red Bull. We have to take responsibility for our actions, and as a result, our cooperation has ended.”

However, Helmut Marko expressed some regret regarding the severity of the impact on young drivers.

“Of course, words are not the reason for destroying the careers of talented athletes,” Helmut Marko said.

“Especially when he apologized.”

“But these are global trends.”

Juri Vips has maintained his F2 seat at the Hi-Tech GP and is currently in 8th place overall in the championship.
