Helmut Marko, Red Bull F1 Motorsports Advisor, said Red Bull Racing “thankfully received” five fragile races that Charles Leclerc and Scuderia Ferrari had endured behind the title.
Helmut Marko acknowledges that Red Bull Racing and championship leader Max Verstappen have benefited from Scuderia Ferrari’s “technical flaws” and “questionable strategic decisions.”
“To be fair, I must say that Leclerc wasn’t where he should have been in the last five races,” Helmut Marko told German broadcaster ntv.
“We were grateful to receive them, but Long Run wasn’t. We had cars that might win in every race except Barcelona.”
“That’s why I’m so confident for the rest of the season.”
