Recruitment of chief prosecutors Kim Myung-seok and Kim Seon-gyu from the Ministry of Airlift

The High Commissioner’s Crime Investigation Agency has hired three new prosecutors, including two former prosecutors.

On the 30th, the Airborne Public Prosecutor’s Office appointed Kim Myung-seok, former Deputy Chief Prosecutor of the Seongnam Branch of the Suwon District Prosecutors’ Office (left, 30 Judicial Training Institute) and Kim Seon-gyu (center, 32), as the chief prosecutor, and Yoon Sang-hyeok, Prosecutor General of the Airborne Division (right, lawyer exam 4). ) was appointed as a public prosecutor.

Former Vice-Chairman Kim is a ‘strong pain’ in which 600 people were detained by prosecutors for 16 years from 2001 through cognitive investigations such as gangsters, drugs, bribes, embezzlement, and extortion of criminal proceeds. Former Prosecutor Kim is a ‘specialist’ who has been through the Seoul Central District Prosecutor’s Office Special 1st, 2nd and 3rd Divisions and the Supreme Prosecutor’s Central Investigation Unit for 13 years from 2003. He investigated the allegations of lobbying for relations with Park Yeon-cha, president of Taekwang Unemployment, and the slush fund of Hanwha Group. After passing the bar exam, Investigator Yoon worked as a criminal lawyer for about six years, and has been working in the Public Security Service since May last year.

The Ministry of Air Transport is scheduled to hold an appointment ceremony for these new prosecutors on the 7th of next month. With this operation, the number of prosecutors in the Airborne Division will increase to 23, including Cheo Chang and the deputy chief. The number of prosecutors is 25 under the Airborne Service Act.

Kim Jin-wook, Director of the Airborne Division, said, “The investigative capacity of the Airborne Police Agency will be doubled by recruiting two special and strong investigative experts who have accumulated investigation experience by demonstrating their abilities in the investigation of large-scale incidents with large political and social impacts or cognitive investigations.”
