On November 23, the Agrolandes technology park is organizing a workshop on its campus on the theme of recruitment. Two experts from Le Mercato de l’Emploi will come to meet business leaders. Their objective: to give them the keys to the shortage of candidates which particularly affects the agri-food sector.
“Faced with a lack of motivated candidates, a shortage of skills, and time-consuming recruitment processes, recruitment is becoming a dread for companies. Are you having trouble recruiting and want to attract more candidates? We tell you how. » This is the challenge of the workshop which will be held on November 23 at the Agrolandes technopole, in Haut-Mauco. Successive crises have particularly impacted recruitment, all sectors combined, and the agri-food industry has not been spared. It is for this reason that Yamina Adrien and Stéphane Chibrac, both experts within the recruitment firm The Job Marketwill answer questions from business leaders.
On the program, discussions from 9:30 a.m. to 12 p.m., which will aim to give participants tools to recruit but also retain their future employees. Please note that registration is free and open to all, but places are limited to 20 people.
