The price of Premium-95 gasoline in the European part of Russia according to the results bidding on the St. Petersburg International Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange reached record levels: the cost of fuel increased by 1.32%, to 61,409 thousand rubles. per ton.

The previous price maximum of AI-95 was reached the day before, on May 16th. The cost reached 60,608 thousand rubles. per ton, updating the previous record in September 2021. Then the price of gasoline amounted to 60.57 thousand rubles. per ton.

According to the auction data, gasoline AI-92 rose in price by 1.35% to 52.99 thousand rubles. per ton. The cost of summer diesel fuel increased by 0.6% to RUB 50,838 thousand. per ton, heating oil – by 3.2%, up to 14.128 thousand rubles. per ton. As a result of trading, only jet fuel (jet fuel) fell in price – up to 65.444 thousand rubles. per ton (-0.8%).

The price of liquefied hydrocarbon gas increased by 1.69%, reaching 29,355 thousand rubles. per ton. In the Urals and Siberia, LHG went up by 3.49%, to 24.845 thousand rubles. per ton.

Exchange fuel prices have been rising since the end of April. The growth is due to the decision of the Ministry of Finance to reduce damper subsidies, which comes into force in July, as well as a seasonal increase in demand: repairs are being carried out at refineries in the spring, along with this, demand for fuel is growing. The Russian Ministry of Energy recommended that oil companies increase the supply of gasoline on the stock exchange, especially the AI-95 grade.
