On the Autobahn with a speed limit of 112 km/h, he was traveling at 163 kilometers per hour.

A youth was caught speeding 102km/h on a dual carriageway just four hours following passing his driving test. He was stopped by police on August 2 at 2 p.m. on the A47 near Swaffham, according to the Daily Mail.

The police then issued a report for excessive speed and shared on Twitter Photo of the speedometer, which shows the result of 102 miles per hour, the equivalent of 163.2 kilometers per hour. On so-called “dual carriageways”, i.e. motorways, the maximum speed in Great Britain is generally 70 miles per hour or 112 kilometers per hour.
