This came during the press conference held in the presence of Zayed Saeed Al Muraikhi, the official spokesperson for the Tawazun Council, for the Dubai Airshow 2023, and Mona Ahmed Al Jaber, CEO of Corporate Communications, at the Tawazun Council.

Al-Muraikhi stated that the local deals on the fifth day of the exhibition, which amounted to 4 deals worth 392 million dirhams, included contracts with the “Lahab” company, affiliated with the “Edge” group, to purchase bomb bodies worth 178 million dirhams, and with the “ADASI” company, affiliated with the same group, to develop The sounding system is worth 82 million dirhams.

The deals also included a contract with “GAL” company to provide maintenance services for VIP aircraft at a value of 93.9 million dirhams, and with “Yahsat” company to provide technical support services for satellite communication systems at a value of 38 million dirhams.

Al-Muraikhi explained that the international deals for the fifth day, which amounted to 6 deals worth one billion and 23 million dirhams, included contracts with the Swedish company “SABB” to purchase detection radars for communication systems at a value of 145 million dirhams, and with the French company “Thales” to purchase detection radars at a value of 262 million dirhams. And with the Italian company “Electronica” to provide technical support and spare parts for communication devices worth 240 million dirhams, the Italian company “Leonardo” also concluded two deals, the first aimed to purchase VIP transport helicopters worth 259.5 million dirhams, and the second aimed to provide technical support for radars worth 70 million dirhams. International deals also included a contract with the American company “L3 Harris” to purchase microwave stations at a value of 46.7 million dirhams.
