No less than 380,000 spectators. During the last weekend of July, the Spa-Francorchamps Grand Prix quite simply recorded a record attendance figure. Same for the Francofolies de Spa. The 2023 edition of the musical event attracted between 130,000 and 150,000 spectators. Never seen. Further south, the Libramont Agricultural Fair was also full at the end of July: 199,230 visitors made the trip. Finally, in Hainaut, the crowds at the Dour Festival (240,800 festival-goers over five days) already make 2023 an excellent year. Good news at the time of drawing up a provisional assessment for the Walloon tourism sector in July.
