This edition has indeed been described as “exceptional” by the organizers of the Show, which once once more confirms its status as a long-awaited annual meeting both in Paris and in all the other cities where it is regularly organized throughout the world. “SMAP Immo has thus kept all its promises as the first and largest annual meeting of Moroccan real estate”, indicate the organizers in this regard.

Indeed, nearly 35,000 visitors made the trip to the Exhibition Center – Porte de Versailles in Paris to discover the investment opportunities offered by the real estate market in Morocco. Hundreds of real estate projects in Morocco were exhibited during this 18th edition with offers in more than 60 cities throughout the Kingdom. “The Fair is an ideal meeting place both for Moroccans from France and European visitors looking for investment opportunities in real estate and for developers wishing to present their projects and their offers to an increasing number of customers. more attracted by the promising potential of the Moroccan market”, reaffirm the organizers.
