A 45-year-old woman woke up with strange symptoms, but she never expected it to be related to her heart attack.

Jill Wilson said: “I woke up from sleep, and I felt some dizziness and spinning, as well as numbness and discomfort in the chest area,” as published by “The Sun.”

Wilson added: “I thought that these symptoms were due to indigestion and an upset stomach, but my family did not think so, and they convinced me to go to the hospital.”

And the forty-year-old woman continued: “When I arrived at the hospital, I discovered that my cholesterol levels were very high, and therefore I had a heart attack, and I had to undergo surgery immediately.”

She explained, “The doctors installed 3 stents, then installed one heart bypass and 3 other stents, and a discharge permit was written for her after a month.”

“My diet was not unhealthy before, but I used to add so much salt to all my meals that my friends would laugh at me,” with these words Wilson explained the main reason behind her high cholesterol and blood pressure and her heart attack.

And she continued: “I used to add a huge amount of salt to roast potatoes in the oven and boiled vegetables, but now, I don’t use salt at all.”

She concluded, “I now maintain walking 12,000 steps every day, with an emphasis on a very healthy diet.”

It is worth noting that a heart attack may occur when a part of the heart muscle does not receive a sufficient amount of blood required, and then the patient feels some symptoms that require an emergency visit immediately, such as pain in the shoulders, jaw, neck, or appearance with a sense of discomfort in the chest area. Exhaustion and shortness of breath.
