Reclaiming Wellness: Overcoming Depression and Building a New Life

2023-12-27 11:31:41

10/16/23 I wrote a post regarding how it’s time to get out of depression (although I don’t really believe in this diagnosis, it seems that I’m just a lazy popeo)

And indeed, from Monday I started going to the stadium every day and completing my quota of steps. I also stood up in the plank position. That is, I returned the bar to my life. And I started taking pictures of what I was eating. I do not know why. But now I have a lot of beautiful photos of the simplest food, such as carrots and stewed vegetables.

What helped me get started

It just helped me to start and not give up publishing a post. And then I got involved. Well, the numbers on the scales are encouraging. The mood got better.

There were no first steps. I just went and did it on Monday morning. This is why I love Mondays. It’s easy to start a new life on Mondays.

Difficulties are associated only with diseases. From November 7 to December 18, we were on sick leave. We were sick together, following each other, and everything was different.

Continue to work on yourself

Of course, I continue to work on myself. -4 kg on the scales in such a pleasant, gentle mode is worth a lot. I was especially pleased with the opportunity to return to the pool. The mood got better.

There is also a check-in planned for January. I’ve been taking omega 369 and vitamin D for a month now. Probably all this together gives a pretty good noticeable effect. I found some more cool checklists, in general: 2k24 declared myself the year of my beloved. I will take care of myself.
