This service allows you to send a maximum of five transactions per month and up to two transactions per day, with a minimum amount of $10 and a maximum of $300.

• Click on “Sign up” to create your user
• Once you log in with your username to the “Payment Portal”, locate and select the “Sending currency” option.
• Register your international debit or credit card(s) Visa, Mastercard, Dinners Club y Discover.
• Once your international debit or credit card(s) have been verified, enter the beneficiary’s information: ID card and 20-digit account number at Mercantil (national currency Bs).
• Please indicate the amount in currency you wish to send
• Confirm the operation
