– WWE Friday Night SmackDown kicks off with commentators welcoming us
– A video is released on the 1,000 days of reign of Roman Reigns. Next we see Roman Reigns win over Edge and Daniel Bryan (Danielson) at WrestleMania 37.
– Austin Theory is in the ring with a microphone. He tells us that tonight is a special night, it’s the celebration of the historic reign of Roman Reigns. If we combine his reign with that of Theory, we arrive at 1,209 days, which is impressive. It’s as inspiring, almost as much as beating John Cena at WrestleMania. He too will hold a celebration for the 1000 days, 2000 days, 3000 days and maybe even 4000 days. If the officials keep giving him opponents like Sheamus, he’ll be champion forever.
The Pretty Deadly music hits and they come to the ring. They are interrupted by the Brawling Brutes who come for the first match of the evening.

At the end of the match, Pretty Deadly made their Spilled Milk on Ridge Holland then Austin Theory pinned on Ridge Holland to win.

– We see the victory of Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn over Roman Reigns and Solo Sikoa.
– Backstage, Paul Heyman is with Solo Sikoa and tells him it must be special for Roman Reigns, especially after what happened at Night of Champions. He wants it to be special and he knows Sikoa wants the same. Heyman says he’ll talk to Adam Pearce to make sure everything is okay.
– We see the victory of Seth Rollins over AJ Styles for the World Heavyweight title. during Night of Champions.
– Backstage, members of The OC wish happy birthday to AJ Styles who apologizes for ruining their Saturday night due to his loss. But tonight he wants to see them beat Hit Row.
– Video of Roman Reigns’ victory over Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam 2022 is released.
The OC (Luke Gallows & Karl Anderson) (accompanied by AJ Styles and Mia Yim) vs Hit Row (Ashante Adonis & Top Dolla) (accompanied by B-Fab)
At the end of the match, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson make their Magic Kill on Ashante Adonis followed by the pinfall for the victory.

After the match, Top Dolla goes after Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson but AJ Styles gives him his Phenomenal Forearm.
– Backstage, Adam Pearce informs Paul Heyman that the Usos’ trip has been canceled and he has added security to the arena.
– Commentators recall that Seth Rollins will defend his title against Damian Priest for the WWE World Heavyweight title on the next RAW for his first defense. So it’s not an open challenge but a tight one against the Judgment Day member!
