With launch expected to happen in the 2nd half of this year, the realme Pad 2 has been certified in different international regulatory bodies pointing to the forthcoming announcement. Among the entities that approved the device are SIRIM, from Malaysia, and the FCC, the United States agency equivalent to Anatel, in Brazil.
Last Saturday (1st) the laptop had its first renderings revealed, pointing to a modern construction without many details, maintaining a conservative look at the rear. The images indicate a large screen with a selfie camera, while on the side there is a USB Type-C connector and speakers for music playback.
According to speculations, the device may have an LCD display and intermediate hardware on its front, including the Helio G99 platform — up to 2.2 GHz octa-core with 6 nm lithography — and 8 GB of RAM memory, in addition to 128 GB of internal storage for saving photos, videos and other files.
Apparently, the notebook will have a main sensor with 20 megapixels of resolution. Battery life was not mentioned in the rumor, but an 8,360 mAh battery with 33W fast charging is expected. The operating system, in turn, must be Android 32 running under the modified realme UI 4.0 interface.
For now, there is still no information on availability and price, but new speculation is expected to be revealed in the coming days.
