This Thursday, Realme unveiled in India its new mid-range smartphones, the Realme 9 5G and Realme 9 Speed Edition. In addition to these two smartphones, the Chinese manufacturer has unveiled several accessories to accompany the devices: the connected watch Realme TechLife Watch S100 and the listeners TechLife Buds N100.

Realme’s TechLife range isn’t completely new. The manufacturer had already used this mark for its robot vacuum cleanerss. It therefore seems that the firm is now seeking to make it its range dedicated to all of its ecosystem. A way to unify products, as Xiaomi had done for a long time with the term Mi.

As for the new Realme TechLife Watch S100 connected watch, we are dealing here with a watch equipped with a square LCD screen of 1.69 inches diagonally with a definition of 240 x 280 pixels and a density of 218 pixels per inch. We are therefore clearly not dealing with a high-end watch, but rather with a connected watch offered at an affordable price.

The Realme TechLife Watch S100 does not skimp on health measures, however, since it offers to monitor the quality of sleep, the level of oxygen in the blood (SpO2), heart rate and even skin temperature. This last measure, already proposed by Huaweiis currently being studied by Samsung and d’Apple. It can also boast of a 12-day autonomy and an IP68 certification which allows it to be used while swimming at shallow depths.

Above all, if the technical characteristics or the design of the TechLife Watch S100 are not top-of-the-range, the watch is offered at a particularly attractive price. For the time being available only in India, it is displayed at the price of 1999 rupees, or… 24 euros. It is not known, however, if Realme intends to market the watch in France.

Headphones offered for less than 20 euros

In addition to this connected watch, Realme has also announced the arrival in India of new headphones, the Realme TechLife Buds N100. If these are wireless headphones, they are not true wireless, since the two headphones are connected to each other by a neckband. These headphones have transducers 9.2 mm in diameter, IPX4 waterproof certification, 17 hours of battery life and an in-ear format with support fins.
