The realme 11 5G is another recent launch by the Chinese manufacturer in the Brazilian market and its main attraction is its distinctive design and high-resolution camera. But is that alone enough to compete in the toughest segment?
The brand’s new intermediary features a unique look called Halo Design with PVD polished edges and a manufacturing process reminiscent of luxury watches. It arrived on the market in two color options, gold and black, featuring paint with a gradient effect and Starlight texture for a very shiny result.
The 6.72-inch screen has Full HD+ resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate and 240 Hz touch response. The LCD panel has decent brightness for the category, but might come with an AMOLED screen. The sound part is disappointing with low-power mono sound that distorts when at maximum.
The realme 11 5G is equipped with Dimensity 6100 Plus and features up to 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. With this configuration we have good multitasking performance with the realme 11 holding many apps open at the same time. Just don’t expect to run all games at high graphics quality.
The 5,000 mAh battery performs well and reached 27 hours of moderate use in our test. The 67W charger takes less than 50 minutes to fully fill the battery. With a quick 15-minute charge you will have more than 40% to use, which is a lot of money.
The photographic set consists of a 108 MP camera and a simple 2 MP sensor for blurring. The quality of the photos is nice, especially if you use the sensor’s maximum resolution, but it would be interesting to see an ultra-wide for a more complete set. The camcorder records in Full HD with decent quality with good stabilization, reasonable focus and good sound capture.
