The head of the Court of Instruction Number 3 of San Bartolomé de Tirajana (Canary Islands) charged the four Real Madrid youth players with allegedly being involved in the dissemination of a sexual video with a minor, while summoning them for their first statement in judicial headquarters on November 8.
Legal sources have confirmed to Europa Press that Judge Julio Wood will also hear a few days before the two victims – a second woman appeared who was also affected by the recording – as well as a witness.
Likewise, investigation sources point out that the instructor has given the green light to dump the mobile phones of the four footballers, who are between 20 and 21 years old.

The Canarian court opened a case last Monday for crimes against privacy after receiving the report from the Civil Guard, which until then had been in charge of the investigations.
The events occurred in the town of Mogán (Gran Canaria) in mid-June but the minor and her mother – both complainants – explained that until now they had not been aware that these images existed and were being disseminated.

In the complaint they indicated that there were supposedly recordings of a consensual sexual relationship with the young woman under 16 years of age, but that they were recorded without her consent.
For its part, Real Madrid issued a statement informing that it had been aware of these events and that when the club has detailed knowledge of the events, it will “adopt the appropriate measures.”
The Castilla and Real Madrid C players were captured on September 14 while training at the Valdebebas Sports City in Madrid.
The arrests occurred after a woman in Gran Canaria reported that a video of sexual content of her daughter, a 16-year-old teenager, was spread on WhatsApp while she was having a sexual relationship with a player from the Madrid youth team whom she had met at the beginning of summer at a beach club in the south of the island.
According to the Spanish Penal Code, young people could face sentences ranging from three months to one year in prison.
