A new shock to Real Madrid regarding Courtois…
Thierry Courtois, the father of Real Madrid goalkeeper Tibor Courtois, has raised concerns in the hearts of the Spanish team’s fans, regarding the recent strong injury of the goalkeeper.
Courtois suffered a severe knee injury, in Real Madrid’s training, before the start of the new season, and may keep him away from the Merengue for a period of up to seven months at least, following it was initially diagnosed with a cut in the cruciate ligament of the knee.
Thierry Courtois said in a press statement: “Tibaud’s injury is very severe. I contacted him hours following the injury. It was difficult for him and his family to understand what happened to him. Thibaut will not be able to play football for a long time.”

And he continued: “In training, one of the players interfered with him in a one-on-one situation, which led to his knee injury. Now he will have to undergo surgery, but the location of the operation has not been determined. It might be in Belgium, Spain, or even the United States of America.”
He added, “It will be a long journey for him, so he must be in the country where he will undergo the operation for at least a month following that, so he will not be allowed to fly once more immediately.”
And he concluded his remarks, saying: “He was absent for three months when he was at Chelsea due to knee cartilage surgery, and now we hope that the upcoming examinations will not show a new injury so that he can recover quickly and return to good health.”
