Real Estate Transactions in Dubai Land Department Exceed 910 Million Dirhams | September 2023 Updates

Dubai, September 22 / WAM / Real estate transactions at the Dubai Land Department today amounted to more than 910 million dirhams.

Today, the department witnessed the registration of 236 sales worth 615.21 million dirhams, including 39 sales of land worth 241.24 million dirhams and 197 sales of apartments and villas worth 373.97 million dirhams.

The most important land sales were worth 29.19 million dirhams in the Al Habiyah 5th area, followed by a sale worth 26.5 million dirhams in the Al Barsha area south of the 5th, then a sale worth 16.5 million dirhams in the Al Merkadh area.

Al-Habiyah 5 region topped the regions in terms of the number of sales, recording 12 sales worth 60.76 million dirhams, followed by Hind City 4, recording 5 sales worth 5.76 million dirhams, and a third in Wadi Al-Safa 3, recording 5 sales worth 43.43 million dirhams.

Regarding the most important sales of apartments and villas, a sale worth 40 million dirhams was in the Island 2 area as the most important sale, followed by a sale worth 15 million dirhams in the first Dubai Investment Park area, and finally a sale worth 12.5 million dirhams in the Island 2 area.

The Warsan 1 area topped the regions in terms of the number of apartment and villa sales, recording 26 sales worth 7.47 million dirhams, followed by the Burj Khalifa area, recording 16 sales worth 37.68 million dirhams, and a third in Al Barsha, South Fourth, recording 15 sales worth 11.98 million dirhams.

The mortgages recorded a value of 277.23 million dirhams, including 17 mortgages for land worth 150.38 million dirhams and 87 mortgages for villas and apartments worth 126.85 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Wadi Al Safa 3 area worth 118.84 million dirhams and another in the Burj Khalifa area worth 19.09 million dirhams.

As for the giveaways, 8 donations were recorded, worth 18.26 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Satwa area, worth 7.77 million dirhams, and another in the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Gardens area, worth 3.51 million dirhams.
