I would definitely do it. He’s a brilliant guy.”

Musk’s response came a few hours later on X: “I am willing to serve,” Tesla’s number one wrote on his social network, posting a photo of himself in a suit and tie, pretending to speak from a hypothetical stage with the American flag and the words “Department of Government Efficiency” behind him. The bond between the two big names is nothing new. In July, the tycoon expressed his endorsement for Trump after the attack on the former president in Pennsylvania. At the beginning of August, he interviewed the Republican candidate on X: the video of the chat, which according to Musk was the subject of a massive cyber attack, has collected over a billion views.
