RDW Technology, a Russian manufacturer of computer equipment and electronics, has announced new home-made monitors designed for everyday office use. The devices are included in the register of radio electronic products (REP) of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation. “Newer monitors offer better viewing angles, wider color gamut, softer colors and lower power consumption“, says the developer.

Announced models in size 23.8 and 27 inches diagonally. Resolution – 1920 × 1080 pixels, which corresponds to the Full HD format. As indicated on the RDW website, various types of matrices are available for younger versions, including TN, PLS and IPS. Panel contrast is 1000:1, brightness is 250 cd/m2. Viewing angles reach 178 degrees horizontally and vertically. The refresh rate is 75 Hz, the response time is 5 ms. The equipment includes interfaces D-Sub, HDMI and DisplayPort. Wall mountable with standard VESA mount.
Currently, the new 27-inch monitor is being prepared for mass production. “RDW Technology is focused on the government customer market and its potential is aimed at expanding the certified product line for the public sector. The R&D department of the company regularly makes technical changes to new products and adapts them to customer requirements.“, the message says.
