RCI Finance Maroc successfully closed, on Tuesday, an issue of finance company bonds (BSF) of 450 million dirhams (MDH) at 2 years at a rate of 4.3%.
This issue allows RCI Finance Maroc to reach a BSF outstanding amount of more than 1.7 billion dirhams (MMDH) and to continue diversifying its sources of refinancing, the company indicates in a press release published on the website of the Moroccan Authority. capital market (AMMC).
This transaction will enable the company, on the one hand, to support the development of its growth and, on the other hand, to diversify its sources of financing, while optimizing their costs and consolidating the asset-liability balance of its assessment, underlines the same source.
