Feud between lawyers Hotman Paris Hutapea and his former personal assistant, Iqlima Kim, and Razman Arif Nasution are nearing the end.
Razman Arif Nasution had a meeting with Iqlima Kim at the Criminal Investigation Unit of the National Police Headquarters and the two agreed to submit a peace effort over the Hotman Paris report regarding alleged defamation.
“We agree that following a long, heart-to-heart discussion, we have come to a conclusion to carry out Restorative Justice,” said Razman Arif Nasution when met at Bareskrim Polri Headquarters, Tuesday (7/3/2023).
“In principle there is no problem that can’t be solved,” he continued.
The meeting between Razman Arif Nasution and Iqlima Kim lasted for approximately 9 hours. The former personal assistant of Hotman Paris hopes that this case will be finished soon so that his personal life is not disturbed.
“Today’s meeting is quite long, from I hope that everything will be fine, this all interferes with work, personal, to work. I have to take my child, I can imagine the child’s face too,” said Iqlima Kim.
Razman Arif Nasution himself emphasized that he was ready to sit down with Hotman Paris to resolve this alleged defamation case
“Ready to sit together with Bang Hotman,” said Razman Arif Nasution.
“We have a win-win solution, maybe I made an oversight, he made an oversight. Let’s sit together,” he concluded.
Previously, Hotman Paris reported Iqlima Kim and Razman Arif Nasution to Bareskrim Polri on May 10, 2022.
Hotman Paris reported Iqlima Kim and his lawyer Razman for alleged defamation under Article 27 paragraph 3 in conjunction with Article 45 paragraph 3 of RI Law Number 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 Concerning Information and Electronic Transactions.
