Razer launches ‘Viper V2 Pro’, an ultra-light wireless mouse equipped with 3rd generation optical switch


Razer announced on the 11th that it will launch the ultra-light wireless gaming mouse ‘Razer Viper V2 Pro’.

The newly launched Razer Viper V2 Pro once once more dominates the wireless mouse market with over 20% lighter weight than its predecessor, the Viper Ultimate, a next-generation switch, improved battery life, and a new Focus Pro 30K optical sensor.

The Razer Viper V2 Pro was carefully considered down to 1g to keep the weight down while not missing out on other features. While improving the switch and sensor, it is equipped with the best-in-class features for user convenience, such as side button optimization.

The Focus Pro 30K optical sensor is Razer’s new sensor for the Razer Viper V2 Pro, with perfect resolution accuracy of 99.8%, Razer said. The Focus Pro 30K optical sensor is equipped with artificial intelligence (AI) features such as smart tracking, motion sync and asymmetric cutoff.

The asymmetric cut-off function has been improved to support fine-grained height adjustment from the existing 3 steps to a maximum of 26 steps. You can enjoy a more pleasant game by setting the lift-off that detects when the mouse is off the surface and the landing distance that resumes tracking to suit your style.

Equipped with Razer’s new 3rd generation optical switch, the Razer Viper v2 Pro is completely free from double-click issues and debounce delays. The new switch has a durability of up to 90 million cycles, and boasts a 25% durability increase over the previous switch.

Supporting USB-C charging, the Razer Viper V2 Pro has a battery that can last up to 80 hours when fully charged. Gamers can play for a long time on a single charge, and a grip tape cut to fit the Viper V2 Pro, a charging cable, and a 2.4GHz HyperSpeed ​​USB dongle extender are included to allow for user-friendly setup.
