Razer today announced the Stream Controller X as the brand’s new productivity accessory for content creators promoting live streams. The product was designed to captivate and engage the audience during gameplay broadcasts or even in moments of socialization.
According to information from the manufacturer, the device has a compact construction with 15 programmable LCD buttons, making it possible to control lights, play previously configured sounds and switch applications with a simple click. The software present in the device is Loupedeck, which has play-and-play compatibility with the main streaming platforms.
It can be easily integrated into OBS Studio, Twitch, Streamlabs, Adobe Premier Pro and many others. The buttons can also be configured with multi-link macro functions to automate synchronized processes, increasing productivity and streamlining routine tasks.
The user experience can be enhanced by installing popular apps, plug-ins and emotes through the streamer, so the controller can be adjusted according to the usage profile. Among the plug-ins available are Spotify, Phillips Hue, Adobe Photoshop and even Voicemod, a comic tool that makes lives even more fun by changing the voice of the narrator.
Lastly, the Stream Controller X uses a 50° removable non-slip magnetic stand, which ensures a comfortable viewing angle and firmness on the table.
Razer claims that the accessory will be available in the Brazilian market from July this year with a suggested retail price of R$1,699.90.
