Raúl up for Bundesliga job – could leave Real Madrid

The silly blog

Raúl Gonzalez Blanco is one of Real Madrid’s greatest players of all time. The former goalscorer spent 16 seasons in the club’s senior team before leaving for Schalke 04 in the summer of 2010.

Finally, the Spaniard chose to end his career in 2015 and has since stepped back into Real Madrid’s organization where he is currently head coach of the club’s second team Real Madrid Castilla.

Now, however, Spanish AS reports that there are many indications that the current season will be Raúl’s last at the club.

The reports claim that Raúl is listening to the offers coming in and that he is open to leaving the capital team. Furthermore, coach profile Felix Magath is said to have contacted Raúl to check interest in acting as an assistant coach under Magath at an unnamed Bundesliga club.

In the past, Raúl has also been linked with the coaching job in Sevilla, where Quique Sanchez Flores is said to be hanging loose following less than six months at the club.
