Raúl González spoke regarding the health accident that forced him to take a break from his personal and professional activities. The Venezuelan presenter took advantage of the moment to reflect on his health, his mind and his exercise.

“After 14 days without going to the gym because of the bronchitis that he gave me, today I came back and burned almost 500 calories,” González said in a video that he posted on his Instagram account.

The native focused on improving his times in different activities, has surprised with his physical change at 51 years old.

“Every day I realize how important it is to have a good diet and train. Beyond how I see myself is how I feel, ”she highlighted.

“After I got out of this bronchitis, the doctor told me not to train so hard,” said the television presenter, who added: “Train and take care of yourself.”

It is no secret that Raúl González had weight problems in the past and follows a strict diet. The Creole has also taken advantage of the physical benefits of exercising.

I had gastritis, esophagitis and a hiatal hernia. I got really scared because I didn’t know what to do or where to start,” he recalled.

For Raúl González, the emotional part has been the most difficult to handle. “I always had a complex because he was the fattest of all and they made fun of me. I came to hate my own body, who I was, what I was like, how I looked. I grew up traumatized, depressed and frustrated.
