Ras Al Khaimah, 27 October / WAM / Ras Al Khaimah Police hosted the Excellence Forum for participants in the institutional excellence teams, where Major General Ali Abdullah bin Alwan Al Nuaimi, Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police, met with the excellence teams specialized in raising the institutional performance of the Ras Al Khaimah Police, by applying the concepts and standards of the system. Government Excellence (GEM 2.0) in the Great Hall of the Martyr Tariq Al Shehhi Building.
The Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police praised the team’s efforts and the support of His Highness Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of the Interior, for excellence and leadership in police work, and encouraging positive career competition by allowing police members to participate in the categories of the Minister of the Interior Excellence Award, and presenting the best police achievements. And innovating the latest systems and practices that would develop the level of institutional performance and provide qualitative and proactive services that delight society and achieve quality of life, to support the strategic plan of the Ministry of Interior 2023-2026.
Major General Bin Alwan thanked and praised all those responsible for the institutional excellence system at Ras Al Khaimah Police, in appreciation of their distinguished efforts in following up and disseminating the concepts and standards of institutional excellence, and investing in professional talents by investing in tacit knowledge to encourage knowledge exchange, in addition to their constructive role in planning and organizing participation in the awards. Excellence, encouraging and motivating police personnel to compete vigorously in all institutional and governmental awards, ensuring the sustainability of institutional performance.
The Commander-in-Chief of Ras Al Khaimah Police reviewed the lessons learned through the General Command’s participation in the Excellence Awards, highlighting the importance of working on the incentives of the excellence system, calling on the participants to transfer the knowledge and experience they have acquired to all members of the Ras Al Khaimah Police. He also directed the need to take advantage of improvement opportunities. And work to close them efficiently and effectively to improve institutional performance, and establish a culture of excellence and quality practices within the work environment on an ongoing daily basis in an effort to achieve the best achievements by setting future plans that ensure readiness and readiness for upcoming participations.
