Rare chance: Summer house pearl can be yours

“If I didn’t know better, I’d think it was Bamse og Kylling’s “beach house” here”, said the fashion designer Uffe Buchard, when he had to describe the North Jutland summer house pearl, which he helped vote for in the final, when DR in 2015 voted Denmark’s most beautiful summer house.

While the sun and temperatures still pamper North Jutland with a proper Indian summer, it’s hard not to fall in love with the little black wooden house, which is one of the historic five old “countryside houses” at the far end of the dune at Tornby Strand.

– A rarity offered for sale, writes EDC Hirtshals about the summer house, which is named “Rylereden” and can be acquired for DKK 2,250,000.

For that money you get 26 square meters. pure idyll in the front row of dunes included in the purchase. The small black wooden house was originally built in 1935, and in addition to a pure bathing hotel atmosphere in the interior, we have managed to squeeze in six berths, a kitchen, a toilet and an enormous amount of charm.

Outside, there is space for both a hammock and an outdoor shower, and a private path provides direct access to one of Vendsyssel’s best beaches and a dip in the North Sea.

– It is very special and in any case could not be much better, says estate agent Kim Roden.

Although houses like this are rarely offered, the “Rylerenden” has not been torn away after all. The house has been for sale for three months, but Kim Roden is hopeful.

The summer house will probably be sold.

– But I haven’t done the paperwork on it yet, says Kim Roden.
