E.Coli bacteria can cause in the week following their consumption “sometimes bloody diarrhea, abdominal pain and vomiting, accompanied or not by fever”, explains the RappelConso site. Symptoms that can be followed in “5 to 8% of cases” of “severe renal complications, mainly in children”.
