Raphaël Enthoven, from Normale Sup to Twitter

The polemicist Raphaël Enthoven, claiming the title of philosopher, does not miss an opportunity to defend the thesis according to which, for 2500 years, “there has been no progress in philosophy”. This is because he must take himself as a reference, the modest Raphaël… and you only have to look at his compulsive interventions on Twitter for 11 years to be convinced of this!
The philosopher Gilles Deleuze spoke of “nullity” to describe the “new philosophers” of his time, such as Bernard Henri Levy. Here again, we have actually made little progress with the next generation and Raphaël Enthoven, who has everything of the hated sophist of Socrates: both incompetence and dishonesty.
Incompetence when he writes books on subjects like AI that he does not understand. Dishonesty when half of his media interventions have the unacknowledged aim of defending Israel at all costs or of defaming LFI and the left more broadly. Strange way to embody a so-called “left-wing intellectual”…

Raphaël Enthoven on Twitter for 11 years to our great misfortune:

Arriving on the network in September 2013, he has since posted more than 41,000 tweets.

Tap on La France Insoumise (and the New Popular Front), its daily sport:

More polemicist than philosopher, Raphaël Enthoven has a slight obsession (to put it mildly) with France Insoumise.

Editor’s note: the day of the results of the early legislative elections when the New Popular Front came in first.

Despite everything, he is still considered left-wing by some media:

We wonder what criteria they are based on.

Unfailing support for Israel for almost a year:

A denial of the violence of the State of Israel which is frightening to see.

What remains of Enthoven the philosopher after 11 years on Twitter?

On the philosophy side, Raphaël would like to be part of the noble tradition of French spiritualism. A respectable tradition of thought, no doubt… but the problem is that for that you would still have to spend a little more time working, and a little less showing off your turtlenecks on TV sets!

Raphaël Enthoven and AI:

The philosophy professor and YouTuber Thibaut Girault, obviously more serious than him, pinned Enthoven’s incompetence regarding AIwhich nevertheless constitutes the main theme of his last essay… visibly failed.
