2. Get enough sleep

A healthy body should also have adequate sleep. Your body also needs enough time to rest. Because it gives you energy throughout the day and increases your productivity. Make sure you get enough sleep while fasting. Those who fast should ensure that they sleep for 6 to 7 hours daily.

3. Drink enough water

There are many ways to keep the body hydrated. You need to prepare your body for the next day’s fast. So make sure your body is hydrated enough following Iftar. Include enough citrus fruits in your diet. It is also good to add lemon to drinking water.
